At the turn of the last century the Union House a stone building with hard-wood floors was a quaint inn-as evidenced by an enormous photo hanging the wall. It has since been transformed into your basic "shot and beer" bar. The crowd is friendly and everyone knows everyone. So newbies don't be surprised if someone comes over to say hi upon your arrival. You do stick out. Come on Tuesdays and order the "ultimate nachos" to appear in the know.
