Mancino's Pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizza toppings as well as sandwiches but what sets apart the downtown Allentown restaurant is the dough and bread made by owner Luigi Castiglia. Castiglia who took over Mancino's in 2004 began baking bread in his native Naples Italy in 1987 when he was 10. He translates the lessons he learned into a wonderfully thin crust for his pizzas (cheese pepperoni sausage and tomato basil are his biggest sellers) and delicious rolls for both hot and cold sandwiches the top sellers being cheesesteaks and Italian hoagies.
