A second-generation restaurant nestled in a refurbished basement near the Bethlehem Transportation Center at Broad and Main streets Darto’s offers inexpensive breakfast and lunch fare. Regulars order one of the daily specials (Tuesday’s meatloaf dish is a favorite) or the sandwich and soup offerings. A different homemade soup is offered every day. Patrons can either sit at the counter or slide into one of several booths which seat either two or four. Darto’s (short for Dartouzos the family name) closes at 2 p.m. every day and is only open for breakfast on Saturdays.
