Chateau Resort's Mountainview Bar & Grille in Tannersville has an American fare menu that changes seasonally. For example there's swordfish pineapple mojo in the winter beef bourguignon in the summer. What remains constant are the panoramic views of Camelback Mountain and Swan Lake; restaurant's south side has floor to ceiling windows. Chef Edmund O'Connell who has two Michelin stars and has won three national awards joined the staff in April 2007. The Mountainview which has been open since 1983 also has a large selection of American and European wines.
