The Allentown Brew Works is much like its Bethlehem sister— but super-sized. The four-floor brew pub — which includes the basement Silk Lounge and top-floor private-event banquet room — seats 400 people. High ceilings showcase open duct work and accommodate the occasional piece of well-placed large-scale contemporary art. Exposed brick shiny golden wooden floors and trendy lighting add character and style. The food which includes several beer-infused dishes is solid and the brews hit the spot.
